These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Penny mobile application ("Penny," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") provided by Alex Enrique Sanchez Jardines (doing business as Penny).
By downloading, accessing, or using Penny, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Penny. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Penny offers free, Pro ($14.99/month), and VIP ($29.99/month) subscription tiers via in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your device's subscription settings.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All sales are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

Penny provides deal information aggregated from third-party retailers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or pricing of any deal. Prices and inventory change frequently and without notice. Penny is not responsible for any purchase decisions you make based on information provided through the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Penny and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the in-app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
